They try to provide good service. Unfortunately there are just a lot of mix-ups that seem avoidable. It leaves me feeling like the bank is disorganized. Sometimes it can take months to get an answer because local branch person doesn't know the answer, and they pass you to someone at a higher level. That person doesn't always call you back, or they pass you on to yet again someone else. That being said, the people at this bank are incredibly friendly, and appear to genuinely care. Sometimes that's worth the frustration and confusion of the mistakes they tend to make.
Medina Husic! Such a sweet girl! Recommend her to anyone. Her supervisor, although, was unprofessional, Justin S. He put he feet on the desk while talking to us, and proceeded to toss the Pin machine at us to put our pin in. And continued to be rude when we where trying to make small talk. If it wasn't for Medina we would of walked right out.
The manager here is quite unprofessional! Was out of town, no commerce banks within the state, and she refused to help me with a wire transfer because she didn't know me well enough...... WHAT!?!?!? Asked if I could authorize my wife, which isn't a signer on my account, to pick up the funds I needed and again she said "I don't know you well enough to break the rules". I guess if she knew me she would be okay with breaking the rules??? That doesn't make sense at all! This manager needs to be fired! I'm sure she breaks quite a few rules for the people she knows well enough. Needless to say, I'm withdrawing ever last penny in my 5 personal account, a business accounts, and 2 minor accounts and switching banking institutions. I've have multiple things to complain about this specific manager. Very very very very very very very very poor customer service. This women hardly knows what she is doing! Think an institution like commerce bank would be able to find a qualified manager. Absolutely, horrible!
Good Location and very convenient for me. They have improved their customer service as opposed to about a year ago. I think commerce used to be focused on commercial/business customers, but they have improved a lot for regular demand deposit customers. Thanks Commerce Bank!
I've been banking with commerce since 2014 or 2015, and opened in this location and only go to this location, even after moving to Gladstone. I don't have any problems others say they have, I have always been treated fairly and with respect, and everyone I deal with is very professional and even go out of their way to ensure I have a positive banking experience.
