First appointment of the day. In and out in one hour. Treated kindly. Summer and Dr Marshall were very informative. Clean environment.

Dr. Marshall may be the best dentist in the world, I'm not sure. Never made it past the lobby. I made a new patient appointment new to the area), and when I arrive I was told that I was scheduled for a different day. Ok, maybe I entered the wrong day on my calendar. "No, wait, I was going to call you when we had an opening. Can you come back at 11 today? How about tomorrow? Friday?" No thank you. You just confirmed that it wasn't my error. If you screw up, own up to it. Don't give me an excuse. I have little patience for scheduling errors, particularly when a person generally takes time off work to show up for an appointment in the middle of the day.
