DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY $55/MONTH FOR A FULL 12 MONTHS. The online process does not spell out their membership contract, it just tells you that you will be charged monthly until cancellation. They will charge you an additional $89 when canceling. I asked the supervisor to show me where online it spells out the agreement (I had it pulled up on my phone). She told me that she wasn't sure as she wasn't familiar with the online process and would be unable to help me. Unacceptable. There is a lot of nice equipment in the facility, but it's not worth the online membership/fees to experience sub par service. I can spend $35/month at another gym with similar equipment.
great staff, nice equipment, fun group classes, and incredible child watch team... you can't go wrong with a Y membership!
We were looking for a good place to have a birthday party for the kids and this place worked out great. The party room was able to accommodate all the kids and parents that showed up. They even had a lifeguard there to give all the kids swim tests, before they got to go swimming. If they passed they could go on the slide and swim without a life vest. You can also bring in your own food, unlike some places. The price was also pretty reasonable for the amount of kids that you could invite.
Very well maintained and appears to always be clean. Great class offers as well as personal training. You get 6 free coaching sessions when you become a member which is a great way to learn how to use the equipment. Staff and members are all very nice as well which is an added bonus!
