Very nice establishment, Offered drinks and the hired stylist here are very professional.
I had to give this salon one star, but probably should give it zero or a negative number if I could. My daughter had a gift certificate for $150. After initially being argued with about the appointment time, she made an appointment for 2:00 pm today. After waiting 15 minutes , she asked what the problem was. The assigned stylist, Taylor, was giving a haircut. The receptionist/manager condescendingly told her that sometimes they ran late, and since she was not a regular customer, she might have to wait longer. Then she turned up the already loud rock music to block out my daughter's comments. Infuriating! After 20+ minutes, she approached a male stylist (thinking he might be the manager), but was given the same lame excuses. At that point, she had had enough and left. This was the worst excuse for customer service I have ever seen!
