Took them a month and a half to get us our mailbox keys. The mail also comes at like 5pm which is ridiculously late.
Literally every single time i have an Amazon package scheduled to be delivered on Sunday to my place of work, they always log that they attempted to deliver/business closed despite us being very much open and no single attempt made. I am not exaggerating when i say that they do this every single time.
I just rencently moved about a month ago. Went to take my lease in to set up the community mailbox and get new keys for it. Called a week and a half later and was told the only person who does that is on vacation by a rude lady. That was three weeks ago. Still have not received a call to pick up keys...my first month's utility bills are likely sitting there and may get turned off before I recieve keys. NOT PLEASED. Sadly this is the only post office that serves my area. Uggghhhh!
It took over 3 weeks for them to get me a key to my mailbox. They don't care about their customers.
They must have moved some people to the front or hired some new ladies because they are so nice and helpful now. I ship out a ton of packages from this location and Laverna helped even after hours when I forgot to put a label on one. Lines are short too.
