Acord Roofing roofed our home in 2004. We were pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. What has prompted me to write a review now is the level of customer service they continue to provide years after the initial job! Since 2004, I have contacted them 3 times about minor issues. They respond promptly and do what is needed to remedy the problem. Their customer service is iat a level you just don't encounter anymore. Highly recommend this company!
After talking to another roofing company, who seemed a little shady at best, we called Acord. They gave us a no nonsense sales pitch. We don't offer any deals or discounts, we just do good work and use good materials. They got to work just a few days after I approved the estimate and they knocked the whole thing out in one day. They had a big crew who went the extra mile. One of the guys even cleaned out our gutters while he was up there! Is that normal for a roofing company? After the job was done they cleaned up their mess. Our porch looked better than before after they got done cleaning up. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone.
