Wonderful place to exercise. Usually fairly calm if there's no classes. Mid-day or late at night are the best times for a good quiet session.
Diving boards, large enough it doesnt feel crowded, the kids loved it.
Nice enough people, clean dressing rooms, hard to beat their price. Great place.
