i went in for a doctors appt. i missed work because of it . i told my work that i would have a doctor note. not only did these people drug test and try to charge me for it when i didnt even give them permission to do that. and then i guess because i failed they wouldnt give me a doctor note. so before u go in for anything ask what they will be charging u for.
I usually get in and out within 20 minutes. Staff is very nice and knowledgable.
