I've used this location on three occasions and have never had a reason to complain. Reserve your truck or trailer, pick it up on time, use it, return it on time, no problems.
Sucks not enough communication
We reserved a truck online for 24 hours. 2 days before our reservation they text and say we have to turn the truck in by noon on Saturday. No. I reserved it for 24 hours because I'm moving across town. So I call them the next business day and they tell me someone reserved it from 12:30. Really?! Then why was allowed to reserve it online? So we got a shorter truck. We were kind of stuck with it.
Good place to rent a variety of equipment. Nice and helpful staff.
It's just like any Uhaul dealer. I don't know why people review negatively. They tell you everything you need to know and help you in anyway you need.
